Project Details

​

Each figure is digitally sculpted using a variety of reference

material supplied by the production. Once these are

complete the digital sculptures are divided into

sections which are sent to either the 5 axis DMS milling

machine to be cut from high density eps foam or sent

to some, or all of our in house 3D printing machines depending

on the scale and complexity.

These parts are then integrated over a steel frame where 

seams are sealed and hand finished.

Our final step is to apply automotive ceilers,

colors and clears.
